Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure the product arrives safely back at our warehouse.
Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off
Use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop your package at any authorized carrier location, or contact us to arrange a professional courier for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
